In Tin Gully, a land where wizards, barbarians, bards and the like embark on adventure, is where we find Nathaniel Percival Cox; a mild-mannered innkeeper with twelve identical brothers and no discernible skills. His peaceful world is shattered when a ragtag band of marauders seeks him out; their elder (Aurum) erroneously claiming that Nate is destined to be the greatest hero in Tin Gully. Not one to ignore The Elders, our heroes, Aurielle the Barbarian, Ace the Archer and Pilaf the Mage, turn Nate's world upside down as they force him into their quest to bring peace to their land by any means necessary... and are blindly trusting him to be the hero The Elders have decreed him to be.
